HALMAI Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing HALMAI. To protect your rights and ensure an efficient and transparent after-sales process, please carefully read the following terms:

1. Return Application Process

First Contact: To process a return or exchange, please contact our official customer service via email: official@halmaideals.com.

Application Review: Our team will process your application within 2 business days of receiving your email. Please note: Goods returned without prior application will not be accepted and may result in package loss.

2. Standard Return Conditions

Your return application must meet the following conditions:

Time Limit: Applications must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the goods (a 14-day cooling-off period applies in the EU).

Status: The goods must be in their original condition upon receipt, with the original packaging and labels intact, unopened, and unused.

Proof: Order number, receipt, or relevant proof of purchase is required.

3. Shipping Costs:

Non-Quality Returns: For returns initiated due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong model, duplicate purchase, etc.), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Quality Returns: If the return is confirmed to be due to product defect, damage, or incorrect shipment, HALMAI will cover all return shipping costs.

4. Damaged, Defective, and Incorrect Items:

To resolve your after-sales issues as quickly as possible, we strongly recommend that you record an unpacking video when opening the package. If you find any defects, damage, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately with a video/photo. We will prioritize your assessment and provide a free replacement or full refund.

5. Exceptions to Returns:

Due to hygiene and safety concerns and the special nature of the products, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Personal Care Products: Opened or used nail art equipment (such as nail files, dust collectors, nail lamps, etc.) and all liquid consumables (such as gel polish, cleaning solutions, base coats, etc.).

Special Items: Customized items (personalized orders), discounted items (Final Sale), or gift cards.

Hazardous Goods: Flammable liquids, gases, or controlled hazardous materials.

6. Exchange Policy
To ensure you receive your desired items as quickly as possible, we recommend:

First, return the received items according to the established procedure;

Once the return request is accepted and approved, place a separate order for the new items.

(For exchanges due to quality issues, please specify in the email, and we will provide you with a customized exchange plan.)

7. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the above criteria of "unopened, unused, and with intact packaging and labels."

8. Refund Timeframe
Review Confirmation: After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will notify you of the review result via email.

Refund to Original Payment Method: After approval, the refund will be automatically returned to your original payment method within 2 business days.

Funds Inquiry: Please note that processing refunds by banks or credit card companies takes time. If you have not received your funds 15 business days after refund approval, please contact: official@halmaideals.com.
